Goodnight Moon at the ZACH Theatre ~ Austin, Texas (A GIVEAWAY)
Goodnight Moon, a family musical based on the iconic children’s book comes to the ZACH Theatre in Austin, Texas, Feb. 2- March 23, 2013.
Step into the great green room as one of the most iconic children’s books of all time is brought to life. In this lively musical about children’s imaginations at bedtime, Bunny’s room magically comes alive with stunning puppetry, tap dancing bears, and even a trip through the night sky with a constellation light show. For ages 3 and up.
ZACH’s Education Director Nat Miller says: “Goodnight Moon is one of the most elaborate productions ZACH has done for young people. It is a book that spans generations, and we are all excited for families to see it brought to life on our stage. The whole set comes alive with puppetry and spectacle. I saw the production at the Seattle Children’s Theatre, where it was developed, and it was magical. More than 9,000 pre-k through second grade students will be attending ZACH’s production of Goodnight Moon, many of them seeing theatre for the very first time. I think this show will not only engage them, but also get them hooked as patrons of theatre and the arts and be an enjoyable experience for parents and teachers as well.”

The Paper Bag Princess! Might be hard to stage, though :)
It's sounds so great! I hope my barely 3 year old will be able to handle it.
Entered!
Brown Bear, Brown Bear What do you Hear? To have all those animals on stage.... WOAH!
How fun!
Any Dr. Seuss books would be fun to see on stage!
I'm a Margaret Wise Brown fan. I love Little Fur Family and The Big Golden Bedtime Book. :)
This is hard....any the Pooh!, maybe Amelia Bedilia.
I'm sure it's already a play but I would love to see "The Secret Garden".
:-)
Traci
Curious George! My daughter would freak.
Dr.Seuss or an Eric Carle one like A House for Hermit Crab.
Since Goodnight Moon is already taken, how about 'I wish I had duck feet.' Not sure it would work, though.
