I love when local cities put together fun & creative events for families!!  Round Rock, just a hop, skip and a jump up I-35, created a FUN event for everyone to enjoy on Saturday, March 23, 2013.  Join them for the first Shop the Rock Challenge - A Photo Scavenger Hunt!

Challenge Details:

1. Gather a team of hunters and designate a photographer.  
2. Like Shop the Rock on Facebook  and join the Shop the Rock Scavenger Hunt event
3. Check out Shop the Rock Scavenger Hunt Event Facebook page at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 23
4. Follow instructions on photographing your team
5. Tag yourself on the Shop the Rock Scavenger Hunt Event page
6. Team must stay together for photographs
7. Email your photographs to shoptherock@roundrocktexas.gov as you visit each business
8. First team to complete the challenge of emailing images, tagging in Facebook wins our grand prize

Grand Prize: $400 gift certificate to IKEA Round Rock
Second Place: $100 gift certificate to Kaleidoscope Toys AND $100 gift certificate to Krave Wine Bar & Bistro
Third & Fourth Place: Round Rock businesses Gift Baskets

Shop the Rock is a collaboration between the City of Round Rock, the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce, and Round Rock businesses to encourage shopping locally.  Plus they put together really cool events like this!
